5 Easy Ways To Decorate For Halloween and Fall: Blog Hop

Can you all believe it’s the first week of October? 5 Easy Ways To Decorate For Halloween and Fall: Blog Hop

We keep our Halloween decor fairly simple as my girls are one and three and they don’t like anything scary! Today I will share 5 Easy Ways To Decorate For Halloween and Fall.

1). Paint Pumpkins:

You can paint real or fake pumpkins. I opted for these faux white pumpkins and painted them buffalo check. I freehanded mine however, I would recommend taping them as my lines aren’t very straightforward. The great thing about these faux pumpkins is that they will last for years (although they aren’t the most fun to store). The painted pumpkins give it a pop against your traditional pumpkin.

2). Get Crafty:

My daughter and I made the bats. We printed out an image of a bat outline and used black construction paper. It was so easy and fun to do together!

3). Hang Some Banners:

Banners are simple to make but add the perfect touch when incorporating your color scheme. This banner was pre-made from Target I just purchased the letter stickers to go on the banner. It goes perfectly with my black, white, gold, and orange color scheme.

4). Decorate with Lanterns:

Nothing says fall like fairytale pumpkins and lanterns! I love lighting the candles in my lanterns in the evenings. They give off the perfect amount of mood lighting and go great next to some fairy tale pumpkins.

5). Incorporate Florals, Pumpkins, and Fall Candles:

You can never go wrong with eucalyptus, fall flowers, and pumpkins. Fall candles are my favorite, see some linked below.
