Hope you all are having a great start to your week! We are currently in the process of remodeling our guest bath. The bathroom before was just not our style (see the before photo below). We decided to go with a brighter, cleaner, more modern design for our bathroom remodel. Our color palette is gray/charcoal, gold, and some blue/green. We are on a budget for this remodel so I will be sharing the final costs once it is complete but the final design is budget friendly thankfully. I cannot wait for this project to be complete as it has been challenging to entertain with a half functioning guest bath! I wanted to share a before photo and a progress photo since I love keeping you all in the loop and some amazing bathroom inspiration with you all.

I started the design of the bathroom minus a few finishing touches:
Concept behind the design:
My number one goal was a more modern functional space for our bathroom remodel. We are adding an additional sink for functionality. I wanted a more custom tile look with marble floors, marble tile shower, brass fixtures and some pops of color. We opted for two tall vanity mirrors as opposed to one built in as it gives it a more tailored look and brings your eyes up. We are removing the vanity light and adding pendant light to illuminate the room and add some interest. Lastly, I ordered some wallpaper to give the wall a pop behind the vanity and mirrors. I can’t wait share once it is all done!
The design is more modern from our last home which you can see here! I still love that bathroom design but wanted to do something different in this home!
