Easy Ways To Style A Room On A Budget

Today I will be sharing easy ways to make a WOW factor in a room without breaking the bank. There are so many ways that you can style a room. I love getting creative and styling rooms on a budget, it allows for me to update and change out accessories over time. Today I will be sharing my top five easy ways to style a room on a budget.

Easy Ways To Style A Room On A Budget:

1. Plants – Plants are inexpensive and they can make such a great impact in a space through greenery and improving the air quality. Pick out plants that are easy to care for. A few of my favorites are fiddle leaf’s, pothos, rubber tree, and peace lilies are all great options.
2. Rugs – Rugs make such an impact in a space! Always go bigger with rugs surprisingly it will make the space feel bigger. If you don’t have it in your budget to buy a larger patterned rug, layering is always a great option. You can go with a less expensive option like a jute rug and layer a patterned rug on top.
3. Curtains – It drives me crazy when I walk into a space with short curtains that cut out part of the window. Curtains are an easy way to make an impact. Always hang outside of the window or doors and go up at least 3 inches higher than the actual window. It will make the window feel so much larger. Some of my favorite places for window treatments on a budget are Half Priced Drapes and Ikea. 
4. Candles – Lighting is so important to me! I love having candlelight as an option especially when I entertain. Candles are a great way to make an impact in a space. The candlelabra below I picked up from Homegoods for under $15!
5. Photos -If a large scale art piece isn’t in your budget print out photos. I like to keep photos in a similar color scheme such as all black and white or all within similar overall colors so it goes with your decor. Posterbrain is a great place to print large scale photos on a budget. Ikea and Target are great options for frames on a budget.
