I cannot believe it’s already week three of the One Room Challenge! Where has this month gone? For those of you just joining me, I decided to makeover our master bedroom that’s super plain right now into a master bedroom retreat! The One Room Challenge is an amazing challenge put together by Linda Weinstein of Calling It Home. This week I had a few setbacks but looking forward to getting a lot done in the next week. Today I will be sharing some updates to my design board, paint choices, and some inspiration for the room!

Some of the challenges I ran into this week started when I went to order some furniture. The nightstands I was going to order went on back order until December! Then the frames I was going to use in my room are also out of stock. I updated my vision board to reflect the new changes. I also changed out the console table. I am still waiting for swatches on my bed I am having custom upholstered as well. I guess you could say this week didn’t quite go as planned but that is life right?
I can’t wait to share with you all as it comes together and share updated photos!

Hi Bethany!
I came across your blog while uploading my own ORC link. I usually go for crazy color combinations in my own home, but I love your vision board! The neutrals look so glam and relaxing… I have a feeling that when it’s done, being in this room will feel like drifting off to sleep in a cloud!
Thank you so much Kat!
I think you nailed your inspiration rooms with your mood board Bethany! Can’t wait to see it all come together!
Thank you so much!!!
