Rooms We Love Home Tour: Our Master Bedroom

Happy Wednesday friends! I am so excited to be partnered up with some amazing bloggers for the Rooms We Love Home Tour put on by the talented Tammy with Pink Peppermint Design. If you are coming from Remington Avenue, welcome! How gorgeous was her bedroom she shared? I am so excited to share with you my master bedroom that we put a lot of time in designing. It went through a dramatic transformation during the One Room Challenge back in October.

My Master Bedroom:

Having two little ones there are toys pretty much everywhere in our house. While I try to keep the toys contained they end up all over the house. I really wanted to create a space for my husband and I that we would enjoy being in and a sanctuary away from all the kids stuff! My goal was to create a cozy, modern, space with a touch of glam that we would enjoy relaxing in.

Pillows are a simple way to make such an impact and to tie a room together. I linked some of the pillows below.

This mirror is one of my favorite pieces and was once my husband’s grandmothers. I love having pieces that have meaning and a story to them.

The art we chose was selected by Lauren Burns from Piece + Palette (an amazing online home decor store). We wanted a statement piece that would tie the room together and we absolutely love what Lauren Burn selected! The large rug is from Annie Selke’s Dash & Albert line, it adds some nice warmth to the room!
