I am so excited to finally share our playroom design with you! It took some time to finally get it all together over the last year. When we purchased our home we wanted a playroom off the kitchen so we actually enclosed part of what would have been our formal dining. We moved our formal dining to the formal living room. We put in glass french doors so when I am in the kitchen cooking or entertaining I can still see the playroom. I wanted it to be a fun space that also looked pretty yet was also functional. I choose more pastel colors light pink, mint, gold, white, and gray. I also wanted to create the design on a budget as well.
I wanted extra sleeping space in the house for guests as well so we purchased this sofa sleeper from Ikea
I found this sideboard/dresser from a vintage market unfinished and painted it in this mint color to add a pop of color.
I found these letters from Hobby Lobby to spell dream and spray painted them gold and found this cute tassle banner from The Banner Shoppe
Found most of these pillows from Etsy
My daughter loves this tent canopy from Land of Nod

Hi thank you for sharing with us… Question: Where can I find the little kitchen in the bedroom and what is the brand, please?
Hi Brigette! It is from Pottery Barn Kids -its from the farmhouse collection.
Where did you get the white cabinet the globe is sitting on? If possible can you post a link? Thank you! The room looks beautiful!
Thanks Alicia! Thanks so much! It is from Ikea http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/80300660/#/40300662 I just changed out the hardware to give it a different look. The hardware is also from ikea 🙂
Omg Bethany I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to write Brigitte……I read one of your questions from a commenter and had that name in my head. Mom brain!!
Haha no worries at all!! The paint color is called Lace Veil. It’s a perfect light grayish blue paint color. I went through so many samples and it was my favorite!
