The room I was most excited to decorate in our house was definitely my daughters! When I found out I was having a girl I knew exactly what I wanted to do for her nursery design. The look I was going for was dreamy, and shabby chic. We moved into our house when I was 7 months pregnant so we didn’t have much time to complete it before my daughter was here. It has been a work in progress over the last year. I chose the color scheme of light blush pink, gray, gold, and white.
I fell in love with this Hygge & West wallpaper and I knew it would be a perfect fit for the look I was trying to achieve along with this Made by Girl print by Jen Ramos.
This vintage dresser I found at a vintage market. It was a mess when I purchased it but we refinished it in this light blush/peach pink color and refinished the hardware.
I had my eye on this crib before I was even pregnant it was perfect!
We are so happy with the way it has come together!
She loves reaching to grab her books off this shelf!
One of my favorite verses for her.
Hope you have enjoyed this reveal!! This room is also featured on Project Nursery as well!
What color paint did you use ?
Beautiful!! What is the paint color you used on the dresser?
Thanks so much Melissa! I can’t find the paint color for this dresser but the love the paint color in my other daughter’s room which is Peach Daiquiri.
Love this look! It’s gorgeous! Would you mind sharing the name of the paint color on the changing table/dresser and where you found the gold polka dot curtains?
Hi Kristin! So sorry I can’t find the paint color for this room but the curtains are from Etsy – Lullabieslollipops
The dresser is beautiful! Do you mind sharing your process for refinishing/painting the dresser and what tools/products you used? I am taking on a very similar project by myself.
Thanks in advance for your response!
Hi Natalie! Thanks so much! A go to paint I have found for refinishing furniture is Benjamin Moore Advance it works great on cabinets and furniture. Just do a quick sanding and cleaning with vinegar or alcohol then paint with a brush for furniture/cabinets and it works great!
Beautiful nursery! If you don’t mind sharing, where did you get the curtains? I love them!!
Hi Lisa! They are from an Etsy shop called LullabiesLollipops
