This time of year is my favorite! I really can’t put my tree up soon enough once November hits. This year I will have 5 Christmas trees to decorate and lots more decor scattered throughout the house. I can’t wait to share the finished look! Since I have multiple trees I like to decorate I keep it simple with different themes on each Christmas tree. I typically will change up one or two themes each year. I love having different looks in the different rooms. I first started with this artificial green tree from At Home it was so affordable and fit great next to my fireplace. They have an amazing artificial tree selection along with so many options for decor! The theme I chose for this tree was black and white. I started by hanging the ribbon vertically and alternated with different ribbon.
Then I put in different floral branches to fill in the tree, added lanterns, and a variety of black and white ornaments. I alternate 4-6 styles of ornaments so that it looks cohesive and well put together.
How cute is this wrapping paper and black and white ornaments from At Home? Each ornament adds a different element to my tree and compliments each other well.
At Home also had fun faux fur tree skirts for under $30!
I love lanterns as I am sure you can probably tell by my home. They also go well on the fireplace or in table settings. I found this nativity scene while shopping at At Home and had to have it. Hope you enjoyed the first tree I am sharing this season! Can’t wait to share the others.
This post was sponsored by At Home, however all opinions are my own.
