Happy first week of November! One room challenge week 5 is officially here. I have accomplished a lot this week thankfully. This week I started painting the room, put together all of the furniture, and cleaned out the room. If you are joining me this week for the first time, I am giving my master bedroom a serious makeover. The One Room Challenge is a twice yearly event where you have 6 weeks to transform a room and track your progress along the way. It is put on by Linda Weinstein with Calling It Home. I am a guest participant. There are so many amazing transformations you have to see by the other participants which you can see here. Be sure to follow along with #oneroomchallenge on social media. I am so excited to have a well designed space that we will be enjoying soon!
This week was very productive! I was able to get some painting done, received almost all of the furniture, and did some cleaning. It’s coming together nicely! I am so excited for the reveal in two weeks on November 16th. I decided on a white bed, gray nightstands, and white walls. I have a beautiful art piece by Benson Cobb called Haze which was personally selected by designer Lauren Burns with Piece & Palette that is just gorgeous. They have such amazing decor items and their designer Lauren Burns is so talented! The art is the statement in the room and looks amazing!
